An Anglo-norman Villa

A beautiful place to breathe, let go and enjoy beautiful landscapes.

La Villa Léontine is located in Granville, in the south of the Cotentin, on the borders of Normandy and Brittany.

Built in 1908, this beautiful south facing family villa enjoys an exceptional view of the sea and the marina of Granville. The living area is 140 m2 on 3 levels, its style is typically Anglo-Norman. Located 5 minutes walk from the city center and beaches, it enjoys a very quiet environment.

Its large garden is on 2 levels, it is fully fenced.
Facing the sea, it offers many charming corners for reading or chatting on a bench quietly.

“Far” from the house at the bottom of the garden, a former dovecote converted into a cozy studio is an opportunity to have a cup of tea beside the stove.

Very well located, well exposed, La Villa Léontine combines modern comfort and charm of the old.
It offers an ideal environment for family or friends holidays.
The house can accomodate up to 8 people.
