The house is located in Granville, quartier Saint-Paul, 300 m from the beach and harbor, 250 meters from downtown and shopping.
One should not walk more than 5 minutes to go to the market on Saturdays morning.
The train station is 500 m.

La Villa Léontine can accommodate up to 8 people.

The “Pigeonnier”, an annex located in the garden, can also accommodate 2 people; an additional charge is required.
